EAR LOOP WELDING
The Automatic Ear Loop Welding System continues the mask production process by ultrasonically welding the ear loops to both sides of the mask. Capable of welding up to 100 masks per minute, this ultrasonic welding system will take the mask bodies that are fed down the conveyor and move them along for ear loop attachment. Once the ear loops have been attached, the completed masks are then stacked in programmable counts to be transferred to a packaging station.
Multiple Automatic Ear Loop Welding Stations (up to 4) may be installed for increased productivity – up to 200 masks per minute.
